I make this work, Ceecee

I just read a fic where Flitter nicknames her sister "Ceecee", and now i'm calling her that forever. Anyway Rarity is my favorite and Cloudchaser is among my favorite background ponies so a hair swap is necessary. This one is by far my best, I used all the little tips/techniques to make this one as high quality as possible. No more shortcuts for me, this is my new standard.
